Strategic Partnership Agreement

This Strategic Asset Management Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for partnerships with Ambassador Kingdom Management LLC.

1. Partnership Eligibility

Partners must satisfy the following criteria to engage in business:

• Maintain active registration as a legal business entity.
• Possess valid Resale Certificates for relevant jurisdictions.
• Demonstrate compliance with all applicable trade regulations.

2. Ordering and Payment

All transactions are B2B wholesale/asset transfer engagements. Payment terms (e.g., Net 30, Prepayment) are determined based on creditworthiness and partnership tenure. We accept wire transfers and ACH payments to ensure secure settlement.

3. Asset Transfer

Ownership of assets transfers FOB (Free On Board) shipping point unless otherwise negotiated. AKM coordinates logistics but risk of loss passes to the acquiring partner upon carrier pickup.

4. Returns and Disputes

Due to the nature of strategic asset management and bulk inventory transitions, all sales are generally final unless there is a material discrepancy in the manifest. Any disputes must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Non-Circumvention

Partners agree not to circumvent AKM to transact directly with sources introduced by AKM for a period of 12 months following the last transaction.

6. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create a joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between the parties. Each party acts as an independent entity.
