All engagements operate under a Master Service Agreement (MSA) for corporate asset lifecycle advisory. Professional fees and financial settlement terms are determined based on asset volume, engagement complexity, and institutional credit standing. We utilize secure wire/ACH channels for all settlement protocols.
Risk mitigation and chain of custody management are central to our advisory framework. While coordination and stewardship are managed by AKM, legal title and logistical risk are governed by specific engagement riders tailored to each corporate asset transition.
Engagements involve high-level strategic asset transitions. All participation must align with the AKM Stewardship Philosophy. Discrepancies in asset manifests or compliance documentation must be reported through executive channels within 48 hours for audit resolution.
Institutional partners agree to a non-circumvention period of 24 months regarding strategic channels and procurement sources introduced through the AKM advisory framework.
This agreement establishes a professional advisory relationship. Ambassador Kingdom Management LLC acts as an independent fiduciary consultant and does not function as an agent, broker, or marketplace for the participating entities.
