By accessing and using the services provided by Ambassador Kingdom Management LLC ("AKM", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
AKM provides strategic asset management and intermediary services exclusively to verified business entities. We do not transact with individual consumers. All partners must provide valid business documentation, including resale certificates and business licenses.
While we strive for accuracy in all asset descriptions, services are provided "as is". We act as a strategic bridge for inventory transitions. Specific condition reports and manifests are provided for each transaction and must be verified by the acquiring partner.
Our strategic partnerships often involve sensitive business information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and deal structures disclosed during our engagement.
AKM reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AKM is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
