AKM provides specialized asset lifecycle advisory and supply chain optimization services exclusively to verified corporate entities. We do not provide services to individual retail consumers. Prospective partners must undergo corporate verification, including provision of Federal Tax ID and operational credentials.
Advisory services regarding asset divestiture and procurement are based on current market intelligence. AKM serves as a neutral intermediary and fiduciary advisor. Detailed assessment reports are provided for specific technology asset transitions and must be ratified by participating institutional partners.
As corporate ambassadors, we handle highly sensitive enterprise data. All engagements are governed by strict confidentiality protocols. You agree to protect all proprietary methodologies, deal frameworks, and strategic insights disclosed during the advisory lifecycle.
AKM reserves the right to terminate advisory engagements that do not align with our stewardship philosophy or ethical governance standards. Fees and engagement timelines are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSA).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the regulations of the State of Colorado and applicable Federal commercial law.
